JOB DETAILS: 

Position: Product Development & Operations Lead- Snacks 

Location: Tanzania (site-based)

Reporting to: Director 

Department: Manufacturing & R&D 

Qualifications & Experience: 



Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.


Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a plant operations or production management role.


Demonstrated hands-on experience in product development, formulation, and scale-up within a snack, cereal, or processed food environment.
