Product Development Manager (Systems) – Onsite Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Development Manager to join our Ottawa, ON team. You will lead a dynamic group of Engineers responsible for the development of new products and support of existing product lines, plan and oversee product development‑related activities, and work closely with cross‑functional team members in Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Customer Support, and Product Management. You coach, mentor, guide, and help nurture the development team to realize its full potential and adopt our culture of quality and customer satisfaction.
