Overview Of Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. This role is part of the ANZ R&D Customer Facing Team. The role of the PDM New Zealand is to manage the Product Development Team and the R&D projects portfolio of this team in order to present Amcor as a responsive and an innovative packaging solution provider.

The role requires close links with sales, customers, marketing and our plants in order to generate and deliver sales and profitable growth through new product development and roll out of existing concepts and value optimisation. The role will ensure that the R&D team have robust product design and validation controls for new product implementation and commercialisation.
