Job Description

Job Summary:


• Lead the design and development of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with brand identity and trends.


• Manage sampling, sourcing, costing, and production handover.


• Define and track department goals, KRAs, and KPIs to ensure team performance and collection success.


• Mentor a creative, high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.


• Recommend process improvements, material innovations, and cost efficiencies.


• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail to ensure product and brand alignment.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Merchandising, or related field.


• Minimum 5 years in apparel design & product development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.


• Strong fashion sense, trend awareness, and creative vision.
