Product Development Engineer

Position Overview

The primary objective of the role is to provide product design and process development oversight for all products manufactured in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and conduct testing and evaluations to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
• Manage development projects and recommend tools and equipment to support efficient production and product expansion.
• Lead product design reviews and release processes, reporting project status to management.
• Coordinate with international safety agencies to secure product approvals.
• Recommend design or manufacturing improvements to enhance product performance, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Manage technicians and provide direction, assistance, and guidance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
