Develop technical understanding of products brought to market.
Lead new product development projects assigned by superior or customer input and requirement.
Assist team with prototype test, generating report, measure performance metrics and deliver new innovation product.
Help to organize go-to-market, digital marketing campaigns and trade fairs/conferences events promoting newly launched products within local/overseas market and coordinate/execute workshop (example: JKR).
Liaise with respective department to create a product plan that identifies the product scope and objectives for new products.
Provide technical support, problem solving and identifying root cause.
Participating and exchanging knowledge in process, technology, material and product technology.
