This individual will be responsible for developing and evaluating sealing solutions through engineering analysis, supporting R&D initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams and external labs to qualify new seal technologies. The role involves hands-on design work, performance testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards within oil and gas applications. This position is primarily office-based with occasional exposure to lab or shop environments and requires strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
