Product Development Engineer, Hollola

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design and product development of air handling unit cooling and heat pump systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are high‑performing and compliant with industry standards throughout the lifecycle, from design to practical testing. The core of the role involves product development projects focused on transitioning to a new generation of natural refrigerants.

This is not just an office job; you will have the opportunity to apply theory in practice alongside production testers. Tasks can be performed in a hybrid model from Hollola, approximately 3–4 days a week at the Hollola location.
