Product Development Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Provide technical project support for new development projects (BOMs, DVP&Rs, DFA/DFM, FMEAs, PDP). Support industrialization engineering and manufacturing trials for pre-series product builds and process trials. Support manufacturing for serial production issues and cost reduction programs. Interface with customers/suppliers in technical contract reviews. Initiate and lead product quality improvements and cost reductions activities. Identify, communicate, and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Follow all documented procedures and standardized work forms and standards.

• Degree in engineering required; B.S. ME preferred; master's degree a plus.
• Knowledge in 3D modeling, 2D drafting and GD&T.
• Experience with heat exchanger design & development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of TS-*****/IATF-***** requirements.
