Role Overview
The Product Development Associate supports the end-to-end development of cosmetic products—from early research and formulation trials to testing, documentation, and launch support. This role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented, ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to real‑world cosmetic product development in a growing brand.
You will work closely with the founder and cross‑functional partners to help bring new SKUs to market, improve existing products, and evaluate raw and packaging materials.Key Responsibilities
