Product Development Assistant/ Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Product Engineering Supervisor to execute detailed product development plans and timelines, ensuring key milestones and product launch deadlines are met.

2. Support the oversight of product development, testing, feedback gathering, and prototype refinement prior to mass production.

3. Ensure all products meet internal quality standards , industry specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements .

4. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all aspects of the product development process are fully integrated and aligned with business objectives.

5. Track and analyze post-launch product performance , report quality issues to management, and lead investigations in collaboration with external suppliers.
