Product Development Analyst (Engineering)

Position Scope

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Product Development Analyst with a mechanical engineering background to join our New Product Development (NPD) Group. This role focuses on supporting the end‑to‑end development of industrial equipment and mechanical systems , from concept design through prototyping, testing, and commercialization into the FPS product portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, field service, and controls teams to translate customer needs into practical, reliable, and manufacturable equipment solutions. This role also coordinates cross‑functional development activities, ensuring new equipment products meet performance, cost, quality, and schedule targets.
