Product Development Admin

The Product Development Admin will support the development team in the sample-making process and communication with buyers.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand spec sheets
  • Assist in following up the sample development process from the initial stage until the sample is ready to be sent.
  • Communicate directly with buyers
  • Create, organize, and update development data using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including pattern, sample room, material, production, and QC.
  • Ensure all details related to style, material, color, size, artwork, and buyer revisions are recorded accurately and neatly.
  • Follow up on sample deadlines, revisions, approvals, and sample shipments.
  • Assist in development documentation, including sample photos, sample status, buyer comments, and style data.
