The Retail Beverage Development team is responsible for bringing new and innovative beverages to market across Canada and Latin America. This contract Product Developer role supports product innovation, product qualification, ingredient conversions, and resiliency work across multiple beverage categories. The position is highly hands‑on and lab‑focused, working closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure product quality, consistency, and readiness for market.
This is a junior‑level role ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in food science, chemistry, food engineering, or related R&D fields.
