Key Responsibilities

• Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
• Present work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings.
• Document and communicate design processes and decisions.
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products.
• Act as a strategic leader steering experiences that integrate design, business, content, and technology.
