1. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise software tools for humans to oversee and govern AI / virtual agents (humanā€‘inā€‘theā€‘loop systems)
  • Partner closely with a senior fullā€‘time product designer, product managers, and engineers
  • Execute detailed design work while the senior designer focuses on system architecture
  • Translate complex, informationā€‘dense workflows into clear, usable interfaces
  • Design screens that help humans review AI decisions and provide structured feedback to AI agents

2. Tools & Technical Skills

Mustā€‘Have

  • Strong product design experience (UI/UX is acceptable in this context)
