Span: 5–7 Product Designers (Assoc → Senior/Lead)

Mode: ~50% Individual Contributor, ~50% People Leadership

• We’re looking for a Product Design Manager who can lead by doing—someone equally comfortable defining strategy, mentoring designers, and getting into Figma to solve hard problems.
• You’ve spent 8–10 years in product design for SaaS platforms and products, including leadership experience in SaaS or AI-driven products. You can zoom out to align design direction with business outcomes and zoom in to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces that inspire the team.
• You’ll report to the Design Director or the VP of Product Design and lead a team of product designers while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities on key initiatives.
