Product Design Manager

Design Management & Delivery Lead end-to-end design management from concept to IFC/GFC stages. Plan, monitor, and manage design deliverables to align with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Ensure design interfaces across multiple disciplines are coordinated and integrated. Multidisciplinary Coordination Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, MEP, systems, and specialist design teams. Lead design coordination meetings and workshops. Resolve design clashes, scope gaps, and interface risks proactively. Ensure timely inputs and outputs across all internal and external stakeholders. Quality, Standards & Compliance Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements. Implement quality management processes and conduct design reviews.
