Product Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer with expertise in injection molding to join our client's product development team in GTA region .

Pay - Up to $110

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plastic components using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX).
• Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles specific to injection molding.
• Collaborate with tooling engineers and mold makers to develop robust part designs and tooling solutions.
• Conduct material selection appropriate for injection molded parts considering functionality, aesthetics, and cost.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Work with CAE/FEA analysts to validate designs through mold flow and structural simulations.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
