Lead / Senior Lead - Accesories

  • Hands-on experience in CATIA is mandatory.

Experience in UG NX will be an added advantage.

  • Extensive experience in designing automotive seat accessories, like :
  • Headrest
  • Armrest
  • CLA (Cushion Length Adjuster)
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to automotive seating and accessory components.
  • Experience working with major Indian OEMs is essential.
  • Good project management and people management skills, with proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Sound understanding of automotive seating regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Capability of handling Goble Customers like China /Europe and NAO.
  • Good at plastic design.
