Position: Design Head – Home Textiles (Bedding & Home Furnishings)

Designation: Senior Manager / Manager

Function: Design & Product Development

Reports To: Managing Director

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in **Textile Design, Textile Technology, or Fashion & Apparel Design.

10–15 years of experience in home textiles , with 5+ years in a design leadership role.

* Strong command of woven design techniques (dobby, jacquard, yarn development, and finishing).

* Proven track record with international buyers and Indian retail/D2C collections.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and textile CAD software.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
