Job Description

THE ROLE

As the Design Assistant/Associate, you will support the Creative Design Department to:

  • Establish the seasonal point of view of the collection.
  • Curate the seasonal cohesive concept for the collection.
  • Design the core components of the styles for the collection.
  • Validate that each style executes on the creative design vision.
  • Ensure there is cohesion across the entire collection.

    • THE QUALIFICATIONS

    The Design Assistant, Creative Design, has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in product collection design and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
  • An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
  • An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
