Job Description

Needed immediately: A Product Design and R&D Engineer in North Augusta, SC. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Design and Process Improvement Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, product development, and hands-on shop work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative products, improving manufacturing processes, and working with technologies such as sewing and RF sealing. Proficiency in CAD software is a plus

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. (may consider non-degreed IF the candidate has sufficient experience.
  • Proven experience in product design and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Hands-on experience with sewing and RF sealing technologies is a plus.
