Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in recruitment, hiring and development of the Product Specialist.
Effectively screen candidates, and approve employee hires.
Coordinate an intensive, high quality training program for newly hired Product Specialist.
Direct, supervise, and develop the Product Specialist under his/her group to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff.
Daily management of the team to meet sales and revenue goals through by applying an efficient sales and opportunity management process. Coach and direct and provide corrective action as necessary to improve performance.
Design, implement, and supervise special sales contests or incentive programs to motivate Product Specialist and to increase revenue.
Responsible in pricing and inventory management.
