Job Description

  • Testing new features and releases ahead of launch, documenting findings, and providing structured feedback to the product team. 
  •  Contributing to product ideation and improvement - sharing observations from customer interactions, identifying recurring pain points, and helping shape the direction of our products.
  • Responding to customer support tickets - troubleshooting issues, answering product queries, and ensuring customers receive a prompt and helpful experience. 
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and product documentation to help customers get the most from our applications.
  • In time, supporting the planning and rollout of our productised intranet offering to new customers.
