Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Pre-sales Planning: Proactively engage and build a broad relationship with customers and simultaneously, coordinate with the technical team to make technical plans with customers. Performs pre-sales activities such including but not limited to,

  • Identify key Customer's technical requirements and provide solutions;

  • Generate new and revised commercial proposal;

  • Identify the Bill of Materials;

  • Manage and coordinate responses for Request of Quotation.

❖ Customer Management: Support post-sales activity including but not limited to,

  • Received Purchased Order registration in the system;

  • Update customer on delivery status;

  • Support in contract amendments in system for changes in solution;

  • Support in closure of Contract/Purchased order delivered solution in internal system;

  • Reconciliation of costing...
