Product Compliance Engineer

We are looking for a Product Compliance Engineer reporting to the Head of the Product Compliance department.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Own global product compliance for some of our powersports and marine platforms.

Decode complex standards (ISO, SAE, CE, EPA, Transport Canada) into clear, actionable guidance.

Partner with R&D, Certification, and design teams to embed compliance early in development.

Represent BRP within government and industry bodies, influencing future regulations.

Lead certification projects that open markets worldwide.

Mentor and inspire a collaborative, high-performance team.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 7+ years of compliance or certification experience.

Strong communication and leadership skills, you're a connector and motivator.

Proven success in international regulatory environments.
