Job Description

My client seeks an enthusiastic Product Assurance/Quality Engineer to join their talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management system, based on ISO 9001:2015 standards, and ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and specific Product Assurance requirements.

Responsibilities for the Product Assurance/Quality Engineer include:
  • Maintaining the quality management system and implementing changes when necessary
  • Conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions
  • Coordinating quality KPI reporting and management reviews
  • Reviewing customer requirements and preparing Product Assurance documentation
  • Managing RFD/RFW’s, NCR’s, and participating in formal customer reviews
