Product Engineer – PowerDrive System

BorgWarner SLP is currently seeking a Product Engineer to join our PowerDrive System business unit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production by resolving material problems and software‑related issues
  • Improve product yield and quality
  • Support new product, variation and ECO activities
  • Initiate and drive cost reduction issues
  • Participate in employee involvement team
  • Improve customer satisfaction and reduce linepull/warranty to meet target
  • Special projects
  • Modify and debug test software (if applicable)
  • Ensure all prints meet the revision
  • Lead in change management process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering
  • 5 years in a similar position with a strong background in electronics, microprocessors, and mechanical assemblies
