Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for power system, digital energy, and low-voltage products
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions and configurations
  • Support pre-sales activities including technical proposals, datasheets, and compliance responses
  • Resolve application, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting issues
  • Analyze relay logs, disturbance records, and system behavior
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and engineering teams for issue resolution
  • Support customer training, technical sessions, and feedback activities
  • Prepare application notes, FAQs, and technical documentation
