Job Description
- Perform machine vision buyoff both in the factory and on-site with customers, ensuring it is completed within schedule and meets quality standards
- Perform machine vision verification prior to machine setup
- Prepare technical machine buyoff reports
- Conduct quality issue investigations, working closely with the vision development team to identify issues and implement solutions
- Provide technical training and application support to customers worldwide on machine vision products
- Troubleshoot vision equipment failures and diagnose faulty operations
- Perform vision evaluation for new applications and customer requirements
- Conduct vision hardware or software evaluation and prepare technical evaluation report accordingly
- Provide on-call or on-site support during days off when needed
