We're Hiring: Product & QC Development Engineer — Hybrid & On-Grid Inverters Vadodara, Gujarat | ₹6–10 LPA | Full-time, On-site GridEdge Renewables is a new Indian solar inverter company developing a high-quality range of hybrid and on-grid inverters. We're looking for a Product & QC Development engineer to own product quality and drive continuous improvement across our range. What you'll do: Own quality control for hybrid and on-grid inverter production and testing Define and execute QC protocols, test benches, and acceptance criteria Support product development — design validation, BIS / IS 16221 compliance, and reliability testing Analyze failures, drive root-cause corrections, and reduce defect rates Work with vendors and suppliers on incoming-component quality Document specs, test reports, and quality standards What we're looking for: 1.5–2 years of experience in inverter / power electronics product or quality development Hands-on understanding of hybrid and on-grid inverter fu...
