Responsibilities

• Participate in solution deployments for new clients;
• Understand investment processes, governance, and financial planning to configure the platform according to each organization’s reality;
• Support clients in using the solution and resolving operational questions and challenges;
• Investigate behaviors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities using data and functional analysis;
• Work closely with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the user experience;
• Contribute improvement suggestions based on real customer needs observed;
• Support integration initiatives with corporate systems such as SAP and other ERPs;
