Product Analyst I – Broadband and Connectivity

Responsibilities

• Support the management and evolution of the product backlog, ensuring organization, clarity and traceability of requests
• Elicit, structure and document business and product requirements with an impact-focused perspective
• Work with technology and engineering teams to monitor deliveries
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), helping identify deviations and opportunities
• Support the creation of analyses that underpin the squad's decisions
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in delivery validation processes (testing, acceptance and release monitoring)
• Track market trends and competitors' moves in telecom and connectivity
• Help prepare executive materials focused on product results and performance
• Interface with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requests, priorities and deliveries
