About the Role

Global News MMC/OTT is currently looking for a full-time Producer/Editor to join its team based out of our Toronto office.

Reporting to the Executive Producer of OTT and Multi-Market Content.

Shifts will be varied and will include Saturdays, Sundays, afternoons and evenings, and there may be some shifts during the week.

This is a Group 4 position under the current collective agreement.

You will contribute by

  • Produce, line‑up and write news broadcasts for various markets working with teams in various regions of Canada.
  • Take broadcast events live via a control room as needed.
  • Write, edit, and produce packaged and live segments.
