Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Maintenance and Vendor Manager to oversee all non-technical facility services operations. This role requires strong vendor management expertise, service quality oversight, and the ability to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning, front desk messengerial and other soft services across commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Soft Services Operations Management

  Oversee janitorial and cleaning operations including daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.

• Manage office maintenance programs

  Manage office maintenance programs including pest control, carpet and ofice fabric care care, office waste collection and disposal services.
