About the role

We’re looking for a Procurement Transformation Lead to support strategic sourcing and operational transformation initiatives.

This role sits within the Procurement department and combines hands-on procurement execution with a strong focus on process improvement, innovation, and value generation . You’ll work closely with airline businesses across the group, supporting sourcing activities related to ground operations and cargo , while helping shape and execute transformation roadmaps.

You’ll collaborate directly with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams, operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where cost efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are key.
