Join a dynamic Procurement and Sales Department as a Procurement Technician. Leverage your Excel expertise to manage orders and enhance supplier negotiations for cost savings.
As a Procurement Technician, your mission will involve supporting key functions in procurement, from processing purchase orders to managing supplier relationships. You’ll maintain purchasing data in LN ERP and work directly with Excel for customer requests. Your role is integral in generating cost savings and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process purchase orders related to cost and production
• Follow up on open orders and manage purchasing data
• Negotiate with suppliers to generate cost savings
• Prepare RFQs and analyze offers from vendors
• Enter ASNs and manage shipping documents
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mastery of both English and French languages
