Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Administration
    Depending on the platform: Administration of user records and profiles, ensuring timely and accurate additions, changes and deletions User controls (periodic) reporting for compliance and management Platform workflows, approval logic, associated metadata management, and reporting Configuration management of various functions or modules within the platforms Change management procedures related to all platform administration functions Testing of platform releases and changes/additions where relevant Provide training and support to users and business stakeholders on using these systems as needed
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all related platform documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations Understand and ensure compliance and risk related regulations are adhered to in system operations Understand controlled environments and work...
