Procurement Sustaining Initiatives Manager (Jiutepec)

Position: Manager, Supplier Risk Management and Supply Continuity (Reports to the Associate Director, Procurement Initiatives, Baxter's General Procurement Organization).

• Lead the development and implementation of supplier risk mapping processes to identify and assess potential risks within the supply chain, such as supplier capacity constraints, single‑source dependencies, or geopolitical factors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and insights on supplier performance, financial stability, geopolitical factors, and other risk indicators.
• Work closely with Engineering/Opex internally and externally with suppliers to build business cases for change, providing financial analysis and risk evaluation outcomes.
• Utilize risk assessment tools and methodologies to prioritize suppliers based on risk severity and develop mitigation strategies.
