Job Description
We are hiring! The Procurement Business Analyst will be responsible for providing continuous support to procurement system users. This includes responding to system‑related queries, assisting with onboarding and training of new employees, and analyzing user process flows to promote the efficient and effective use of the procurement system.
Experience and Qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement support, business analysis, or related role. Strong understanding of procurement processes and user systems. Excellent communication and training facilitation skills. Able to work flexibly in a support capacity and manage time effectively within limited daily hours. Comfortable analysing and mapping process flows as they relate to user interactions. Working Conditions Part‑time engagement, approximately 1‑3 hours per day (schedule can be flexible but must cover user support needs).
