A Procurement Supervisor oversees purchasing activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition of goods and services. The role bridges suppliers and internal departments while ensuring compliance with company policies and budget controls.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, with supervisory exposure
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills
  • Knowledge of procurement systems, ERP, and inventory management tools
  • Strong background in admin + purchasing
