Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving and review purchase requests; verifies that the technical specifications meet the minimum standards that enable a transparent and effective procurement process. Participate in the annual procurement planning, gather annual requirements from stakeholders, coordinate with stakeholders to understand the total needs. Actively grow the vendor database with reliable and trustworthy local and international vendors, concludes. Negotiate with suppliers for best deals on pricing & contractual terms ensuring risk management and security of supply. Conduct RFx process, obtain quotations, communicate with local and overseas vendors, and prepare comparison analysis file for each requisition with full specs, catalogues, brochures, and other data from suppliers.
