Procurement Supervisor (Ciudad Juárez)

Overview Supervise the procurement team where you will coordinate and monitor all purchasing activities to ensure supplies according to the needs of the site.
Responsibilities Manage the assignment of tasks to team members to ensure that all deadlines are met according to service levels.
Design and implement all material plans, ensuring all purchasing policies are met through direct communication for all engineering activities; including assisting in purchasing from suppliers.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers, prepare reports for all purchasing departments, provide support to all managers in planning and executing all purchasing processes, providing an effective interface with all departments.
Manage the day-to-day activities of all purchasing staff, providing training and supervising activities and designing cost-effective methods as required demands.
