Procurement Specialist, Sourcing

Job Summary The Procurement Specialist, Sourcing drives strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation at ServiceTitan.

This role owns competitive sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and supplier relationships to maximize value across the supplier base.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ events for SaaS, cloud services, professional services, and indirect spend Own supplier negotiations from strategy through executed agreement to drive total realized value on pricing, terms, and SLAs Proactively review requisitions to identify cost savings opportunities before commitments are made Negotiate renewal terms targeting elimination of auto-renewal clauses and capped annual price uplift Partner with Legal on redlines, risk escalations, and non-standard contract terms Serve as strategic point of contact for key suppliers; conduct periodic performance reviews against defined KPIs Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance screening with Legal, Inf...
