Job Description

We are seeking a procurement specialist for the South Savo region. You are approachable, self‑directed, and enjoy working both in forest environments and with our timber sellers.

Responsibilities

• Planning timber procurement in your area.
• Purchasing timber.
• Marking pole seedlings in the forest.
• Organizing timber harvesting and transportation to production facilities.
• Travel frequently and perform physical work in the forest.
• Work long days during procurement season if necessary.

Qualifications

• Relevant forestry degree.
• Some work experience in procurement or forestry.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the procurement team.
