Procurement Specialist (Santiago)

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Procurement Specialist.

• Organizing bidding activities.
• Drafting, running and finalizing RFx processes, including driving negotiations, formalizing contracts, supplier selection, qualifying new suppliers, operating and archiving all relevant documents in related systems.
• Managing compliance processes, procurement planning and monitoring.
• Routine communication and management of existing suppliers.
• Developing procurement strategies and solutions.
• Preparing procurement contracts and managing contract lifecycles.
• Analyzing procurement requirements and the industry market to find potential suppliers, gain competitive advantages, and ensure the effectiveness of implemented procurement strategies.
