Procurement Specialist
Creating, owning and executing on procurement processes including but not limited to:
Creating quotes and opportunities
Ordering, creating, updating, and handing off tickets and projects
Tracking hardware orders, troubleshooting issues
Invoicing
Creating and updating recurring, T&M, Block Hour and Fixed Price Contracts
Maintaining Procurement Module (Products, Purchasing & Fulfillment, Delivery/Shipping)
Facilitating returns
Initiating, quoting and following up on renewals for Meraki, Palo Alto, M365, Adobe, Domains and SSL Certificates and other products/services
Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting the quote app
Winning quotes & opportunities
Coordinating with other departments to ensure our clients have the right products and services in a timely manner
Creating, owning and executing Inventory Management processes
Coordinating counts with broader inventory team (quarterly for the time being)
