The Role:

We are seeking Procurement Specialist Interiors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, technical understanding of interior materials, and proficiency in essential software.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations:

• Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs) through our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure favorable terms.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
