Procurement Specialist

This statutory authority, is seeking  Procurement Specialists who will play a critical role in managing end-to-end procurement processes, providing expert commercial and procurement advice, and ensuring compliance with government policies and organisational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of tender processes from concept to contract.
• Identify, plan, and oversee project activities, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Provide expert guidance on tendering methods, business cases, briefing notes, Finance Committee papers, and Board reports.
• Liaise with contract managers to ensure effective contract handover and lifecycle support.
